Level 1 Award In Employability Skills
This qualification aims to develop and enhance skills required for the working environment and improve learners’ confidence and communication skills in order to prepare them for employment or for a change in employment.
This course is included in our Traineeship Programme.
Start Date: Once a month
While completing these qualifications, learners will develop the knowledge, understanding and essential skills employers look for in employees. These range from familiar ‘key skills’ such as team working, independent learning and problem solving, to more tricky skills such as CV writing.
