We are excited to announce our graduation ceremony on 15 December
2021 at 2:30pm- 6pm in 25-29 Clements Rd, Ilford IG1 1BH.
What an incredible year it has been for all of us, students and staff alike, however like all good things it has finally come to an end. We have decided to organise an event to celebrate and embrace all the good memories and moments spent here together at IC Training Centre.
Most importantly now that all their hard-work has finally paid off, we want to give our graduates the moment they deserve. This graduation is for our beloved students who have graduated in 2019/20 &21 to award them their well deserve qualifications and to send them out into the working world armed with the knowledge they have gained here.
How will the event run?
This will be a wonderful event. There will be time for all our students, staff, graduates and guests to get together, make new friends and socialise.
We have hired a professional photographer and set up a booth where you can get your photo taken. We will have a beautiful ceremony, awarding our students their well deserved qualifications.
There will also be presentations sharing memories, happy, difficult and sometimes silly, followed by a luxury dinner and a raffle.
Dress Code – Formal / Smart Casual.
We would also kindly ask you to take a covid self test before attending. We will be providing hand sanitiser and you may have your temperature checked before entry. This is to ensure the safety of all of our guests.
Registering for the event and purchasing tickets
To attend the ceremony, you must have a valid ticket which can be purchased online via Eventbrite or by clicking on the button below.
If you are not sure which ticket you would like to buy, please read the following ticket descriptions below and purchase the ticket you believe to be the most appropriate..
Ticket Types
This is a ticketed event and as such you will need to purchase a ticket to attend.
We have three different ticket options available:
• Student £20
This ticket is for all our current students. Included is refreshments and dinner, opportunities to have a professional photo taken, and entry access to the ceremony.
• Guest £20
This ticket is for guests of students and other stakeholders. We ask that a maximum of two guests tickets are purchased per student. Included is refreshments, dinner and entry access to the ceremony.
• Graduate £50
This ticket is for our students who wish to experience the full graduation package whilst receiving their award. Included is hire for one graduation gown & hat. You will receive one printed picture of you in your graduation attire taken professionally, refreshments, dinner, and entry access to the ceremony.
Photography
Photography services will be available on the day of the ceremony. However only graduate tickets will have access to this service at no costs. Please consider this when purchasing the tickets.
